Your mentoring series follows the PDCA approach, a practical, iterative process aligned with many recognised business systems.

ACT – Adjust, improve, and strengthen your framework
It’s simple, repeatable and adaptable to your style of work.
Scope is the foundation of everything else.
It helps you say what you do, clearly and confidently
It sets boundaries for what’s in and out of scope
It makes proposals, onboarding, and delivery easier
And it's a key part of systems thinking and ISO-aligned structure
Each session is part of a guided process with built-in support to help you reflect, take action, and build momentum.
Pre-work before each session
You’ll get a short reflection or planning activity to complete in advance.
Live mentoring session (45 minutes)
We meet online and dig into your scope, challenges, ideas and systems, wherever you are in the process.
Follow-up action plan
After each session, you’ll receive a short written summary with next steps or exercises to work on before the next session.
This format repeats across all 4 sessions. It’s structured but flexible, and designed to meet you where you’re at.

These sessions are for business owners who want to get clearer on what they offer, how they work, and how to build the right structure around that.
If you're working on proposals, responding to tenders, thinking about certification, or just want more clarity and control in your business, these sessions help you define your scope, set direction, and build a simple framework to move forward.
Mentoring sessions are non-refundable once booked. However, you can reschedule your session without a cancellation fee if you give at least 48 hours' notice.
If you need to change your appointment, just get in touch via email. Sessions not attended or cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will not be refunded or rescheduled.
If you’d like continued support after the initial 4 sessions, we can talk about what that might look like.
Some clients go on to work together on tenders, ISO preparation, or business systems support. Others book occasional follow-up sessions as needed. The structure is flexible, it depends on what’s useful for you.
