Kelly created Adaptable Quality in 2017 when she saw a need for small business assistance in the space of ISO 9001:2015 certification and business planning, management and process assistance.
Deciding that traditional 9-5 corporate work was no longer serving her, Kelly decided to work together with like-minded small business owners to improve and maintain business systems that are an essential for seamless growth.
Kelly has a background in Medical Laboratory Science, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Project Management and Business Management and is passionate about building efficient, systems that keep true to company values and comply with legislation and certification requirements if needed.
Kelly is a qualified, Exemplar Global Lead Auditor in Management Systems, with additional qualifications in internal auditing, change management and uncertainty of measurement (ISO 17025:2017). With 20+ years’ experience leading teams through certifications within a variety of industries in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Kelly is a Technical Auditor for NATA in the areas of testing and calabration laboratories and is a technical advisor for Standards Australia in the areas of Quality Management and Environment.
